These new costume looks basic. Its not overloaded but still lots of parts where used.
Mask:

coat:
- leathercoat, arms ripped off
- Green and red straps
- 3 fire-extinguisher mounts
- Shisha hose
- Ork bracers
- old military tool bag
- some scrap “tools”
- Rotten Wehrmacht kids gasmask for the belt goggles
sleeves:
- a military tent pole sack
- a small belt
- straps from military emergency sign as fringes
